The
development of this project will
place 125,000 square feet of class "A" office and retail space
close to the intersection of C-470 and W. 6th Ave., just north of the
Jefferson County Courthouse on the corner of 10th Ave. and Johnson Rd.
The complex will consist of four three-story office buildings. Designed
to compliment the Jefferson County Courthouse styling with superb views
of Lookout Mountain and the
range to the north. The development lies across the street from
the new Fossil Trace golf course recently completed by the City of Golden.
